Billing & Subscription
Every Iraca workspace runs on a plan, and this is where you see and change it. You'll find it under Billing in the main navigation — visible to owners and admins only.
Your current plan
The subscription card shows your plan name and price, a status badge (Trialing, Active, Suspended, or Cancelled), and — while on a trial — the date it ends.
Changing your plan
Choose any plan card to switch to it immediately. No card is required to start: choosing a paid plan puts you on a 14-day free trial (status becomes Trialing), and choosing a free plan switches you over right away.
Only the workspace owner can change plans.
Trial countdown
Once your trial has 7 days or fewer left, a banner reminds you and links straight to the plan cards. If a trial ends without a paid subscription in place, your workspace status becomes Suspended — choosing a plan restores full access right away, with nothing lost while suspended.
Managing your card and viewing invoices
Manage in Stripe (shown on paid plans) opens Stripe's hosted billing portal to update your card and manage billing details. Your invoices also appear right on this page, each with a PDF download.
If Manage in Stripe or your invoice list comes up empty, your workspace hasn't been connected to Stripe yet — this is expected for a trial that hasn't reached its first charge. Email support@iraca.app and we'll get your billing account set up.
Any add-ons active on your workspace are billed the same way, through the same Stripe connection as your plan.
Cancelling and resuming
Cancel subscription ends your plan at the close of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. Change your mind before that date, and Resume subscription puts things back exactly where they were.
Plan usage
The Plan Features card shows how much of your plan you're using — products, warehouses, connected channels, and team members — each as a count against your plan's limit, with a bar that turns amber as you approach it and red once you're at or over.
