WooCommerce Listings

The WooCommerce Listings add-on lets you create product listings inside Iraca and push them directly to any WooCommerce store you've connected to your account. Changes to title, description, price, or images are saved as a draft first — you decide when to push them live.
Before you start
You need at least one active WooCommerce integration. Go to Integrations → Channels and connect your store with its consumer key and consumer secret before creating any listings.
Creating a listing
- Go to Integrations → WooCommerce Listings.
- Click New Listing.
- Step 1 — Product: select the WooCommerce store and search for the Iraca product you want to list.
- Step 2 — Content & Images: fill in the listing title, short description (used on category pages), and full description (shown on the product page). Add up to 8 image URLs. You can also add WooCommerce categories and tags by typing a name and pressing Enter.
- Step 3 — Pricing: enter the regular price and an optional sale price. Leave sale price empty if there is no active discount.
- Click Save Draft. The listing is saved in Iraca but not yet sent to WooCommerce.
Pushing a listing to WooCommerce
From the listings table, click Push to WooCommerce on any row.
- If this is the first push, Iraca creates a new product in your WooCommerce store and stores its WooCommerce product ID so future pushes update the same product.
- If the product already exists in WooCommerce, Iraca sends a
PUTrequest to update it in place. - The Last Pushed column shows the push outcome: Pushed (green), Push failed (red), or Pending.
- If a push fails, hover over the error text in the row to see the full error message returned by WooCommerce.
Listing statuses

Pushing a draft listing sets its status to Active on success.
Images
You can add up to 8 images per listing. The first image becomes the main product image in WooCommerce; the rest are gallery images.
Uploading images: click Upload image in the Images section to upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP directly from your device (max 5 MB). The file is stored in your Iraca account and the URL is added to the listing automatically.
Product library suggestions: if the product you selected already has images stored in Iraca (from the product edit page), those images appear below the upload button as quick-add thumbnails. Click any thumbnail to add it to the listing without re-uploading.
Reordering: hover over a thumbnail and use the left/right arrows to change the order. The image labeled Main is sent to WooCommerce as the primary product image.
Pasting a URL: you can also paste a direct image URL instead of uploading. The URL must be publicly accessible.
Shipping & dimensions
In Step 3 (Pricing), Iraca shows a Shipping & Dimensions section. These values are sent to WooCommerce as the product's shipping weight and dimensions.
- Weight — enter the value and select the unit (kg or lb). When you create a new listing, this is pre-filled from the product's stored weight if one is set.
- Dimensions (L × W × H) — enter length, width, and height and select the unit (cm, in, or mm). Pre-filled from the product's stored dimensions on creation.
Important: the unit you select must match the unit configured in your WooCommerce store's shipping settings. If your store is set to pounds and inches, switch the dropdowns accordingly — Iraca does not convert between unit systems automatically.
Leaving these fields blank is fine if your WooCommerce store doesn't require them for shipping calculations.
Editing a listing
Click the pencil icon to reopen the drawer. Make your changes and click Save Draft. The listing is not automatically re-pushed — click Push to WooCommerce again to send the updated content to your store.
Deleting a listing
Click the trash icon and confirm. This removes the listing record from Iraca. It does not delete the product from WooCommerce — you need to remove it from your WooCommerce admin if you no longer want it on your store.
