Fulfillment Mode

Fulfillment Mode is a tablet-optimized view of Iraca designed for use on the warehouse or production floor. It gives pickers and packers large tap targets, barcode scanning, and a focused workflow — without exposing the full back-office interface.

Getting to Fulfillment Mode

Click Fulfillment in the left nav. On a tablet, consider installing Iraca as a PWA (see Installing Iraca on a Tablet or Phone) so it opens directly in Fulfillment Mode.

What you can do

Fulfilling an order

  1. Tap Fulfill Orders — you'll see all confirmed orders and orders with labels purchased, newest first.
  2. Use the search box to find an order by ID or customer name, or tap the scan button (barcode icon) to scan a packing slip barcode and jump directly to that order.
  3. Filter by store using the store pills that appear when you have multiple connected channels.
  4. Tap an order to open its pick list.
  5. Tap each line item as you pull it from the shelf, or tap Scan Barcode to check items off by scanning the product barcode or SKU.
  6. If the order doesn't have a label yet, tap Buy Shipping Label to get rates and purchase without leaving the screen.
  7. Once a label is purchased, tap Print Label + Packing Slip to open the PDF.
  8. When all items are checked, tap Complete Fulfillment to mark the order fulfilled and deduct stock.

Scan-to-open workflow

Every packing slip now includes a Code 128 barcode of the order number in the top-right corner. In a busy warehouse, you can scan this barcode directly from the Fulfill Orders screen to instantly open the correct order — no searching or scrolling required.

Barcode scanning

Every screen that supports scanning opens your device's camera. Point it at a UPC, EAN, Code 128, or QR code. The scanner closes automatically after a successful read.

When scanning products within a pick list, the app first looks up the scanned value by barcode field, then falls back to matching by SKU.

Buying a label from the floor

After opening an order in Fulfillment Mode:

  1. Tap Buy Shipping Label.
  2. Enter the package weight and dimensions (or leave the defaults).
  3. Tap Get Rates — rates from all connected carriers appear grouped by speed tier.
  4. Tap a rate to select it, then tap Buy.
  5. On success, tap Print Label + Packing Slip to open the PDF in a new tab.

Pick lists

Pick lists let you consolidate items from multiple orders into one warehouse walk.

  1. Tap Pick ListsStart New.
  2. Choose one or more marketplaces and a date range (or "Since last cutoff").
  3. Tap Generate — Iraca groups all unfulfilled items by warehouse location.
  4. Work through the list by tapping Mark Picked or scanning barcodes.
  5. When all lines are picked, tap Complete Pick List.
