Frequently Asked Questions

Questions that come up across the app rather than in any one feature. For anything specific to a single area — orders, production, shipping, and so on — see that section's own articles.

Do I need a password to log in? No. Iraca signs you in with a one-time code: enter your email, and a 6-digit code is sent there for you to enter. There's no password to set, remember, or reset.

What's the difference between a product and a supply? A product is something you sell — it has a SKU, a price, and stock you track by warehouse. A supply is a raw ingredient or packaging material you buy to make products — tracked the same way (warehouses, stock, adjustments), just kept in a separate catalog under Purchasing instead of Inventory. See Managing Your Supplies Catalog.

Can I use Iraca on a phone or tablet? Yes — Iraca is a PWA (progressive web app), so you can install it to a phone or tablet's home screen from the browser, no app store needed. See Installing Iraca on a Tablet or Phone.

What happens if I hit my plan's limit? Plan limits (products, warehouses, connected channels, team members) are shown as usage bars on the Billing page, turning amber as you approach a limit and red once you're at it. Creating something new past your limit is blocked with a message to upgrade — nothing existing is ever removed or disabled for being over a limit you've since grown into.

Who can invite team members or change someone's role? Only owners and admins. See Team Management.

Who can change the workspace's plan? Only the owner. See Billing & Subscription.

This guide covers the Iraca app and its add-ons. The Iraca Marketplace is documented separately.
