Organization Profile
Your organization profile is the public face of your workspace — the business name, contact details, and logo that appear on the documents and emails your customers see. Filling it in makes order confirmations, the order document, and packing slips look like they came from your business.
You'll find it under Settings → business profile.
Business email vs. account email
Iraca keeps two email addresses, and the difference matters:
- Account email — your login and billing address, set when you registered. It's private and used for things like Stripe receipts.
- Business email (
company_email) — your public-facing contact address. This is the one customers see.
Customer-facing surfaces use the business email only — they never fall back to your personal account email. Specifically, the business email is:
- The reply-to on customer order emails, so replies reach your business inbox.
- Shown on packing slips and the order document.
Set the business email here so customers can actually reach you.
Logo
Add a logo and it appears on your packing slips and order documents (with your business name as the fallback if the image can't load). It's the simplest way to make your shipping paperwork look branded.
Why it's worth filling in
These details flow straight into the documents your customers receive:
- Order confirmation emails — reply-to and the attached order PDF.
- Packing slips — logo, business name, and contact details in the header/footer.
If a customer ever needs to reach you about an order, this is where that contact path comes from.
